hotph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the hotph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. hotph is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. You agree to notify hotph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). hotph is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. hotph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
3.5 Account Currency. All hotph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP. hotph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the responsibility of the payment provider used.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. hotph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. hotph reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your hotph wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the sending bank's processing times. hotph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. hotph reserves the right to extend processing times in cases where additional verification is required.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. hotph reserves the right to impose transaction limits on individual accounts based on risk assessment.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. hotph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, details of which are available upon request.
5.1 General. hotph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion's terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. hotph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the hotph Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, payments, and conduct.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All hotph casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panel.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, hotph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. hotph shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.
6.4 Disconnection. hotph is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, power failure, or other interruptions on the player's side during active gameplay. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hotph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the hotph Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video materials, is the property of hotph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. hotph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the Platform. Any unauthorized use of hotph's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your license and may give rise to legal action.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11.1 Platform Availability. hotph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hotph reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hotph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if hotph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 Cap on Liability. hotph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hotph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Force Majeure. hotph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet service disruptions, or cyberattacks.
12.1 Termination by You. You may close your hotph account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.2 Termination by hotph. hotph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) hotph is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) hotph determines that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players; or (d) hotph ceases to operate the Platform.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, hotph reserves the right to forfeit any balance in your account, including real-money funds, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law. Sections 7, 8, 11, and 13 of these Terms shall survive termination.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceedings in the Philippines.
hotph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hotph will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
